Lake Wisconsin is an elder led church. Major decisions are made by this group, which has been voted in to place by the congregation. This team models itself after the servant leadership model in John 13:14-17. They are in place to humbly and Biblically lead LWEFC towards our vision and goals.

Dave PadleyDave has lived on a farm near Lodi his entire life. Dave and his wife Diana have been attending LWEFC for 25 years. They have three children, Kelly, Dan, and Kim, and two grandchildren, Jack and Noah. Dave gave his heart to Jesus at the age of ten and has been trying be a faithful servant ever since, working with Awana and worship team for many years. Dave enjoys golfing, fishing, and watching sports, especially hockey and football.
Bill BoorBill Boor and his wife Deb have been attending LWEFC since 2000. Bill currently serves as an Elder and helps out with Tech. Bill’s family enjoys meeting new people and cultures and have gone on two mission trips. Bill and Deb have two grown children. Bill’s hobbies include gardening, hunting and hiking. His family also enjoys visiting new places around the world.
Eric ScmidtEric Schmidt and his wife Cherie have been attending LWEFC for 7 years. Eric serves as a coordinator and teacher of children's Sunday school and enjoys sharing the love of Christ with them. You may also see Eric and Cherie in various roles on the worship team. They have three children. Eric's hobbies include playing with his kids, video games, programming, fishing, hunting, and hiking.
Tom GillesTom Gilles and his wife Karla are members of Lake Wisconsin Church and have five children and four grandchildren. Tom has been walking with the Lord for over 40 years and a member of LWEFC for over 30 years. He currently serves the body of Christ as an Elder and Worship Team Leader. Tom enjoys coaching basketball, hunting, fishing, cheering on the Badgers and spending time with family and friends.
Jack BerryJack and his wife, Phyllis, live on a heritage farm that has been in Phyllis's family for over 100 years. Both enjoy time with children and grandchildren, tending a large garden, contributing to the Lodi Historical Society, and serving on the church mission board. Jack is a skilled carpenter, and collector and restorer of antiques.
