Rob and Nancy Weise

STEVENS POINT, WI

Director of Student Ministries, Forest Lakes District

For the past 8 years, Rob has been overseeing the youth ministries in the Forest Lakes District which includes 100 churches in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. His duties include training, coaching and mentoring the youth pastors and directing the annual youth conference. The conference reaches 70 churches and over 3,000 attendees. Each year about 100 young people make first time commitments to Christ at the conference. There are seven youth pastor networks. These are learning communities that meet five times a year for sharing, encouragement and prayer.

Nancy works 10 to 15 hours a week as Rob’s administrative assistant and puts in many more hours during the annual conference time.

Rob and Nancy have two children and 2 grandchildren Their son, Jonathan and his wife live in Fayetteville, SC, and Melinda and her husband live in Kenosha and have the two grandkids, Kaison who is 4 and Lily almost 2.

Rob enjoys coaching a church softball team and referees girls softball, boys and girls soccer and basketball. Nancy loves to sew, make jewelry and candles.
