Campus Crusade for Christ (CCC)

Cathy has been a part of CCC for over 38 years.  Of those years, 27 were spent in student/campus assignments and now the last 10 years she had been working in the Office of the President with Steve Douglas.  Her duties are varied, but the main one is the training and development of team leaders and helping them make use of the people resources they have available.  One task she handled recently was the settling in of the new CRU’s Vice President, Bekele Shanko, who is from Africa, helping him recruit members for his church-led team.

Cathy is grateful for each of us at Lake Wisconsin for being a partner in ministry with her.  Together we are resourcing and equipping people around the world as they make Christ known.  This is Cathy’s true passion…to give all people around the world at least one chance to accept Jesus’ offer of New Life!

Cathy has ties to our area as she is originally from the DeForest area and while her parents are deceased, she has a sister in Arlington and a brother in Sun Prairie.
