David & Sasha Bliss

Sasha was born and grew up in a village in Bulgaria.  She is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute with a major in Bible Theology. She has also attended many discipleship courses, which have helped prepare her for a life of ministry.  Sasha is spiritually gifted in teaching and hospitality.  After she became a believer she was discipled by American missionaries that helped her grow in her faith.  Because of their ministry, she developed a desire to help other new believers grow in their faith just as the missionaries had helped her.  God gave her the desire to bring believers into growing relationships with Jesus.

David is also a graduate of Moody with a major in International Missions.  He grew up in Bayport, Minnesota in a Christian family. At a young age his parents presented him with the opportunity to invite Jesus into his heart, and he did.  As he grew up, he grew in his relationship with Jesus and felt the call to serve God overseas.  David and Sasha are currently serving in Sofia, Bulgaria with Reach Global as pioneering missionaries (meaning that they are the first Reach Global missionaries in this country).  They are engaged in evangelism and discipleship as well as working to establish a larger Reach Global team in Sofia through exploring partnership opportunities which either we or future teammates can connect with to further the gospel in Bulgaria and beyond.

They have three daughters Sophia born January 30, 2005; Veronica born July 27, 2006; and Alexis born December 1, 2008.
