Lake Wisconsin Prayer Team

The Prayer Team meets weekly, Monday mornings at 9:30 am, in room 104, to pray for the needs of our church and community.  All members are welcome to participate in this ministry.

DivorceCare

A non-denominational group that features Biblical teaching for recovery from divorce and separation.  If you would like more information, please call Kim Pollock at 608-849-8649.  

Book Club

Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry offers Bible studies, prayer and social events to help women grow in Christ.  For more information contact Patti Schmitz at 608-592-4449. 

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry sponsors a monthly breakfast at the church, Saturdays at 7:00 am.  All men are welcome.  For more information on the Men’s Ministry please contact Kevin Braden at 592-0212.

Missions Team

If you would like to give your energy and time in an area of reaching across the globe for Jesus Christ, consider getting involved with our Missions Team.  We meet the second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the church library.  If you would like more information, please contact John Klingbiel at 608-592-7126. 

Trustee Team

If you are intersted in keeping the physical aspects of the church building running smoothly, this is an area you may want to consider becoming involved in.   For more information please contact Jesse Parpart at 592-1378.

Caring Ministries Team

The Lord works through our Caring Ministries to assist our church and community in many areas.  We offer services in:

  • Hospitality & Fellowship – Plans and hosts meals.
  • Greeting Ministry – Welcome visitors to our church.
  • Benevolence – Provides for the special needs of the community.
  • Visitation – Contact source for new members and attendees.
  • Meals Ministry – Provides meals to those in need.
  • Communion – Prepares and serves communion.
  • Assimilation – Provides opportunities to discover more about our church and get involved.  If you can cook a meal, send a card, watch a child, help in the kitchen, welcome people to church . . . this may be an area for you to get involved!  Please contact our Caring Ministries Team leader, Ron Rowe at  608-345-2515, for more information.

 

Worship Team

Leading others in worship through music is an awesome privilege and gift!  If you have been blessed with the ability to play an instrument or sing, or have an interest in video, acoustics and sound board, this is would be a great place to use your gifts.   For more information please contact:

Drama Team

Occasionally a drama is used during worship to emphasize a message.  Sometimes they are serious, but often they offer a good natured, humorous look at ourselves.  If you would like to use your acting talents for worship, please contact Dave Padley, Drama Team Leader, at 592-4037.
