Our Vision

Passionate Spirituality

We envision a people who are deeply and passionately committed to knowing and experiencing God, growing in Christ, joyfully living in obedience to His Word and demonstrating the fruit of the spirit in their daily lives.

Relationships

We envision a congregation characterized by grace, acceptance, love toward one another and a spirit of unity. We desire our church to be a place of refuge and healing for the hurting and a place where we can grow together in transparent, caring and accountable relationships as modeled by Christ.

Outreach

We envision a community of believers who are passionate about reaching those in the greater Lake Wisconsin area who do not know Christ personally. We believe this is best accomplished by praying, developing personal relationships, doing intentional acts of kindness, verbally sharing the good news of Christ and offering multiple outreach and service ministries. We also envision the planting of daughter churches in the surrounding communities.

Ministries

We envision a ministry that meets many of the complex needs of our diverse and growing congregation and community. To do this will have a clearly defined spiritual path from new life in Christ to spiritual maturity. We believe that the spiritually mature believer demonstrates the following characteristics: experiences and shares God’s grace; is growing in Christ; is using his/her spiritual gifts; is an active member of a small group; is a good steward of their financial resources; and is giving glory to God. Therefore, we will seek and expect every member of our church to be continually progressing to the next stage of discipleship.

Missions

We envision a significant missions ministry that begins with directly involving our congregation through missions education, short-term missions opportunities, and missions prayer teams. We will focus on identifying, preparing, and sending our own missionaries. Financially our missions support will be strategic in nature targeting a specific region of the world and/or a specific mission in the world.

Worship

We envision high impact worship that engages the heart, mind and emotions. Knowing that various people and generations have different worship preferences, we will seek to develop multiple worship styles in order to reach as many people in our community as possible.

Mobilization for Ministry

We envision a multiple staffed church that is staffed for growth and driven by our vision for the future. We envision a well trained staff team who will equip the congregation for significant ministry involvement.

We envision a multipurpose facility specifically designed for outreach. This facility will also be designed to accommodate worship, small groups, dynamic youth ministries as well as being conducive to fellowship and interaction. We envision a facility which will allow us to minister to many hundreds of people in multiple services.

We envision a congregation that generously and joyfully releases their personal financial resources out of obedience to God in order to further His Kingdom through this church. We believe that our faithful stewardship results in deepening our trust in God and His generous provision. Our budget, staffing, and facility decisions will reflect and lead to the accomplishment of our mission.
