Lake Wisconsin Church began in 1971 with a small group Bible Study. In 1972 the church affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church of America and purchased the "Church Towers" building, 203 Portage Street, Lodi. In 1973 we helped start the Sauk Prairie E.F.C., and in 1974 the original church building was paid off. In 1978 we helped start the DeForest E.F.C and the present church property was purchased with construction beginning in 1983. In 1985 our current building was completed and dedicated. An expansion of the current facility was completed by summer of 2002.
